Nikki Lazo

My name is Kim Cartwright my Rodan and Fields Journey began in 2012. I was working as a luxury Real Estate agent in Orange Co Calif. Although I felt very blessed to be earning during the recession of the housing market, I was looking for a plan B with Residual Income. At first I thought I was too busy, so I decided to make Rodan and Fields my Plan B. Within 48 hours I realized the opportunity I had been given to partner with the creators of Proactiv and my direct business sponsor Sarah Robbins and decided to make RnF my full-time profession. Kim Lawless

Vaughan, Ontario, Canada was born into a family of business owners. Growing up and being part a family business that was passed down from her Grandfather to her Father allowed Kim to see first hand what it takes to own, operate and maintain a business. With that foundation Kim had enough confidence to go out on her own into her first business at the age of 23. Today, now in her late 50’s, Kim and her husband Danny own and operate their own Day Spa north of Toronto. They have 3 beautiful daughters Amanda, Jessica and Natasha. Stacey Snee

Stacey Snee is a former National Deputy Director for a D.C. based non-profit and mother of two young children. She is also a U.S. Naval Academy Graduate and former Naval Officer. Always busy and torn between her home and work, Stacey was looking for personal and professional balance. She learned of Rodan + Fields after meeting Sarah & Phil Robbins on an island vacation.
